Terms and Conditions:

• No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted in the rooms or any other areas of Anni's Residency. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets.

• Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum occupancy per room is 3 guests. If you require an extra bed, there will be a fixed charge of 500.

• Kitchen Closing Time: The kitchen will close at 11:00 PM. The last dinner order will be taken until 10:30 PM. We recommend placing your orders before the closing time to ensure timely service.

• Morning Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is provided for room guests from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Please ensure that you avail yourself of the breakfast within this time frame.

• TV Technical Problems: In the event of any technical issues with the television, please inform the front desk, and our staff will assist you in resolving the problem. However, please note that occasional technical difficulties may occur.

• Power Backup: Anni's Residency has a power backup system with an inverter, ensuring uninterrupted power supply 24/7.

• DG Availability: The diesel generator (DG) is operational only in the evening until 11:00 PM. Please be aware of this timing and plan accordingly.

• Vehicle Parking: Guests are allowed to park their vehicles inside the premises after 10:00 PM. However, please ensure that you park your vehicle in designated areas and avoid blocking any other vehicles.

• Noise Disturbance: Kindly refrain from making excessive noise or causing disturbances after 11:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for other guests. Please be considerate of other guests' comfort and privacy.

• Couple Friendly Room: Anni's Residency offers couple-friendly rooms, but guests must be 18 years or older to book and stay in these rooms.

• Drinks Policy: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the rooms.

• Complimentary Water: 1 liter of water is provided complimentary per room within a 24-hour period.

• Check-Out Timing: Check-out time is 11:30 AM. If a guest fails to check out by 12:00 PM, additional charges may apply.

• Breakage or Damage: Guests will be responsible for compensating any breakage or damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.

• Furniture Movement: Please refrain from moving the furniture in the rooms. If you require any assistance with rearranging or adjusting furniture, please contact the front desk.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges or termination of your stay.
